Vocational Rehabilitation (VR)

Workforce Recruitment Programs (WRP)

What is WRP?
WRP connects federal employers with college students and recent graduates with disabilities by providing a searchable talent database for internships and permanent jobs.
Am I eligible?
Eligible U.S. citizens for the Fall 2026 WRP include Schedule A-eligible candidates with intellectual, severe physical, or psychiatric disabilities who are either current degree-seeking students or recent graduates from accredited U.S. institutions who earned a degree on or after April 1, 2024.
When can I apply?
Applicants with disabilities can register and submit their eligibility documents online starting on August 17, 2026.
